Position: HR Recruiter – Real Estate

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our real estate organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates for sales, telecalling, operations, and support roles.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
- Handle offer discussions and joining formalities.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets and closure requirements.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and reports.




- Support employee onboarding and HR activities when required.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
- Experience in real estate recruitment will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel and recruitment portals.
- Good negotiation and candidate-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong people-management and communication skills.
- Willingness to handle bulk hiring and sales recruitment.
- Positive attitude and good team-player skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
