Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Ahmedabad (SBR Rd)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Working Days: 6 days a week

Timings: Monday to Friday – 10 AM to 7 PM | Saturday – 10 AM to 4 PM

Interview Mode: Telephonic & In-person

Job Summary

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative and digital roles.
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable creative talent.

What You'll Be Working On
- Handle recruitment for Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Interior Designers, Architects, Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEO, and other creative roles.
- Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and telephonic interviews.




- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining details.
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

Required Skills
- 2 to 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in creative agencies, advertising, digital marketing, or related industries.
- Strong experience in hiring creative and digital profiles.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and candidate-handling skills.
- Good understanding of creative and digital job roles.
- Solid follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
