Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for assigned roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and develop job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable profiles.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support HR team in employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards as required.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive (1–2 years).
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Positive understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Proactive and target-driven mindset.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition are a plus.
