Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions.

Responsibilities:

- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout)
- Bulk hiring for Sales, Operations, and Factory roles
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and vendors
- Conducting initial screening and coordinating interviews
- Maintaining candidate database and recruitment tracker
- Coordinating with hiring managers for requirement understanding and closures
- Ensuring timely closures within defined TAT
- Managing offer negotiation and follow-ups till joining
- Supporting onboarding and joining formalities

Required Skills:





- Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Basic Excel knowledge

Preferred:

- Experience in bulk hiring / manufacturing / industrial recruitment
- Vendor coordination experience
- Exposure to ATS tools

KPIs:

- Timely closure of positions
- Number of successful closures per month
- Offer-to-joining ratio
- Quality of hires

Immediate joiners preferred.
