HR Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate and coordinate offers with selected candidates.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Meet recruitment targets and hiring timelines.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
