Review resumes against job requirements, conduct initial phone/video screening interviews to assess technical fit, salary expectations, notice period, and cultural alignment. Schedule and coordinate multi/-stage interview loops between candidates and hiring managers; prepare briefing materials and collect post/-interview evaluation rubrics.

Assist in drafting formal offer letters, managing salary negotiation guidelines within authorized bands, coordinating pre/-employment background verification checks, and facilitating day/-one onboarding transitions.
