We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR skilled with a background in HR solutions, recruitment, and human resource management.

The ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR operations, recruitment processes, employee management, and providing effective HR solutions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates to understand hiring requirements.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Provide HR solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with colleges and universities, establishing partnerships with companies, signing MOUs, and creating employment opportunities for students through corporate placements and recruitment drives.

Experience 1-5 years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
