About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with hiring managers, sourcing suitable candidates, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and hiring needs from hiring managers and department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers for interview feedback and selection decisions.
- Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Support joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
