Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
- The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring activities, including drafting job postings, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- The role involves coordinating interviews with hiring managers, facilitating assessment processes, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- The Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment records, support employer branding initiatives, and collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs.
- The position also includes tracking recruitment metrics,



refining selection processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Qualifications:

- Strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems and professional networking sites.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
- Understanding of HR practices, basic labor regulations, and recruitment best practices in the manufacturing or automotive sector (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and adapt in a rapid-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in full-cycle recruitment within industrial, engineering, or production-focused organizations is an advantage.
