Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Non-IT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete hiring cycle for non-technical positions, from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and manpower plans from business teams and hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT and operational positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary expectations, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely closure.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS/HRMS data.
- Prepare and share regular recruitment reports with management.




- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate collection of required documents.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Good understanding of sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing abilities.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Robust follow-up and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and work under hiring targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and recruitment/ATS tools.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
