Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities for our real estate organization. The role will involve recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and payroll coordination, employee engagement, HR documentation, performance management, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of HR practices, and preferably experience in real estate, construction, sales, or other target-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, pre-sales, telecalling, marketing, finance, operations, and support roles.
- Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate the selection and offer process.
- Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment status.
- Ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

1. Employee Onboarding & Induction

- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct HR induction and explain company policies, processes, and benefits.
- Ensure proper onboarding of new employees.
- Coordinate with departments for workstation, system access, ID cards, and other requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records.

1. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

- Monitor employee attendance, leave, late coming, and absenteeism.
- Maintain accurate attendance records.




- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the accounts/payroll team.
- Track incentives and performance-linked payouts, particularly for sales teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of employee payroll-related queries.

1. Employee Relations

- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related concerns.
- Address employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Support managers in resolving employee-related issues.
- Maintain positive employee relationships and workplace culture.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and initiatives.

1. Performance Management

- Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee KPIs and performance review schedules.
- Support managers in setting performance objectives.
- Monitor probation confirmations and employee performance improvement plans.
- Maintain performance-related documentation.

1. HR Policies & Compliance

- Implement and communicate company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Ensure HR processes are aligned with applicable employment laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with management on statutory and compliance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

1. Exit & Full-and-Final Process

- Manage resignation and exit formalities.
- Conduct exit interviews where required.
- Coordinate notice-period requirements and clearance.
- Coordinate full-and-final settlement with the relevant teams.
- Maintain accurate employee separation records.

Required Skills





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and HRMS/HR software.

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in real estate, construction, sales, recruitment, or a target-driven organization.
- Experience in hiring sales and pre-sales professionals will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,462.82 - ₹30,869.81 per month
