- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles to attract, screen, and onboard top talent efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Utilize skilled networks and regional job boards (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed)
- Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate applicants for technical skills and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers across multiple rounds.
- Offer & Negotiation: Roll out job offers, negotiate compensation as per industry standards in , and handle pre-onboarding formalities.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience
- Executive recruitment: 7 years (Required)
