We’re Hiring: HR & People Operations Executive

Vynce Digital is looking for an organized, confident, and responsible HR & People Operations Executive to help us build a more structured, accountable, and productive workplace.

This is not just a recruitment-focused HR position. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every team member clearly understands their role, stays focused on their assigned responsibilities, and follows the company’s processes and workplace standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and maintain clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations for employees across departments.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, work discipline, and general employee accountability.
- Ensure employees remain aligned with their assigned responsibilities and do not routinely shift away from their core duties without approval.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins and coordinate with managers to identify performance or accountability issues.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, documentation, and HR files.
- Manage and verify monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leaves, salary adjustments, and other relevant records.
- Support hiring, onboarding, probation reviews, performance reviews, and employee exits.




- Maintain professional workplace conduct and help resolve internal employee concerns or conflicts fairly.
- Establish and improve HR policies, SOPs, reporting structures, and internal processes as the company grows.
- Provide management with clear updates on attendance, performance concerns, staffing requirements, and overall people operations.

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable holding people accountable professionally.
- Able to handle sensitive employee matters with maturity and confidentiality.
- Valuable understanding of HR operations, payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Comfortable working with a multidisciplinary team including developers, designers, video editors, SEO specialists, marketers, interns, and managers.
- Previous HR or people-operations experience is preferred.
- Candidates based in Srinagar or able to work on-site are preferred.

We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, accountability, and consistency to a growing team-not someone who simply handles paperwork.
