Hiring: HR Operations Professional |

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations skilled to manage core HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in exit management, mobility processes, HRMS administration, employee data management, and stakeholder coordination.

Function: Human Resources / HR Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee exit formalities, including clearance, asset recovery, documentation, and employee communication.
- Handle employee mobility processes, including internal transfers, travel, visa processing, immigration documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain and update employee data in HRMS systems, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution for HR operational matters.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, compliance, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with HR, business teams, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Support HR transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.




- Prepare and maintain HR reports and operational dashboards.

Required Skills

4–8 years of relevant experience in HR Operations

Strong experience in end-to-end Exit Management

Experience in mobility, transfers, travel, visa & immigration processes

Hands-on experience with HRMS administration & employee data management

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Validation, Reporting & Analysis

Experience in HR process improvement / transformation / automation

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee information

Preferred Skills

- Experience with PeopleSoft and/or SAP HR
- Knowledge of HR Reporting & Analytics
- Experience managing HR operational projects and process improvement initiatives
