Job Title: Team Leader - Screening (D Grade)

Business Unit: Capability Hubs

Service Line: UK People & Resourcing

Location: Gurugram

Work Timings: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

Reporting To: Manager / Associate Director

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the Screening team and Screening Officers.

Manage screening clearance and compliance for UK student candidates, employees, and contractors.

Act as the first point of escalation for complex queries and complaints.

Monitor team performance against SLAs and Quality Assurance frameworks.

Ensure compliance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and GDPR.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in screening processes, including BPSS requirements.





Drive continuous improvement and stakeholder management.

Deputise for the Service Lead as required.

Who We're Looking For:

Proven experience leading teams in a shared services or operational environment.

Strong understanding of UK screening frameworks, including BPSS.

Experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in screening/BGV.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making abilities.

Experience with ServiceNow (Case Management) and SAP or equivalent HR systems.

High resilience and ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
