Role Description This is a full-time, in office HR & Operations role based in Kozhikode, Kerala, designed for early-career professionals or fresh graduates. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR activities such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, coordinating documentation, and helping implement HR policies and procedures.

The HR & Operations professional will assist in basic personnel management tasks, track attendance and leave, and support the administration of employee benefits under guidance from senior team members.



Operational responsibilities include coordinating office logistics, supporting internal communication, scheduling meetings or interviews, and ensuring smooth functioning of routine office processes. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in building a career in HR & Operations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including basic understanding of compliance and workplace practices.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management, including maintaining records, supporting onboarding, and assisting with employee queries.
- Relevant educational background such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, organizational ability, and proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, collaborate with diverse teams, handle confidential information responsibly, and adapt to evolving processes in a growing e-commerce company.
