Your Mission

Build a workforce that stays longer, performs better, and contributes more.

You will be responsible for strengthening HR practices across staff and workers, improving employee retention, and using HR analytics to understand the real business impact of manpower investment.

What You Will Drive

- Employee Retention & Engagement

Identify the real reasons behind staff and worker attrition.

Develop practical strategies to improve retention and employee satisfaction.

Strengthen onboarding, engagement, grievance handling, and exit-feedback systems.

Build a workplace culture that encourages employees to stay and grow.

- HR Analytics & Workforce ROI

Develop meaningful HR dashboards and workforce KPIs.

Analyse manpower cost, productivity, absenteeism, overtime, attrition, and workforce output.

Measure the effectiveness and ROI of HR initiatives.

Convert HR data into practical recommendations for management.

- Strategic HR Systems

Review and improve HR policies, processes, and systems.

Strengthen performance management,



competency development, and career progression.

Support manpower planning, succession planning, and leadership development.

Align HR initiatives with business and operational goals.

- Manufacturing Workforce Excellence

Work closely with plant and department heads to improve workforce effectiveness.

Understand and address challenges related to shifts, absenteeism, productivity, and labour stability.

Implement practical HR solutions at the ground level.

Build stronger coordination between HR, management, and employees.

- HR Best Practices & Continuous Improvement

Benchmark relevant HR practices from reputed spinning mills and textile manufacturing companies.

Introduce suitable systems for retention, engagement, productivity, and workforce management.

Continuously improve HR processes through data, feedback, and measurable outcomes.

Who We Are Looking For A strategic, analytical, and hands-on HR professional who can go beyond traditional HR administration.

You should have

10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, textiles, spinning mills, or other labour-intensive industries.

Solid understanding of strategic HR, employee retention, HR analytics, and workforce productivity.

Experience in implementing HR systems and improving employee engagement.

Ability to interpret HR data and convert insights into business decisions.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

A practical, people-focused approach with the ability to work closely with management and the workforce.





Preferred Industry Exposure

Candidates with experience in reputed spinning mills or textile manufacturing organisations with established HR systems and practices will be preferred.

Exposure to organisations such as KPR Mill, Sangam, Nitin Spinners, GHCL, or similar textile / spinning companies will be an added advantage.
