Keystone Real Estate Advisory Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team in Mumbai.

- Location: MIDC, Andheri East, Mumbai
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Experience: 1 year - 3 Years
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Salary: 2.5 LPA 4 LPA
- Industry: Real Estate preferred

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive who can independently manage recruitment activities and build a strong candidate pipeline for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and non-sales positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily recruitment reports.
- Work towards recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Candidate Requirements





- 13 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Experience in Real Estate recruitment is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and other recruitment portals.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven recruitment environment.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with a short notice period preferred.
