Boston Diabetes is looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in hospitals or clinical healthcare settings to lead recruitment, manpower planning, and HR operations for our Hyderabad center.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and clinical/non-clinical staff.
- Prepare manpower plans to support business expansion.
- Review and update Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Develop and monitor KPIs and KRAs for all employees.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
- Conduct onboarding, probation reviews, performance evaluations, and exit interviews.
- Monitor employee performance and support department heads in improving productivity.
- Coordinate with the US HR team for payroll documentation (attendance and payroll are centrally managed).




- Build and scale high-performing teams as recent centers are launched.

Requirements

- Minimum *6 years of HR experience, with at least **3 years in a hospital or clinical setup*.
- Proven experience hiring doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals.
- Strong experience in recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
