Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for QSR/store-level positions, especially Team Members and Waffler Trainees.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial HR discussions.

- Coordinate candidate interviews with Store Managers and Area Managers.

- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, selection, documentation, and joining.

- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.

- Coordinate with the Operations team regarding manpower requirements and hiring gaps.

- Support bulk hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and campus/field recruitment activities.

- Maintain proper candidate records and recruitment documentation.

- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure smooth joining and onboarding.

- Support the HR team in other recruitment and people-related activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
