Qualification

- BBA / MBA – HR
- BBA / B.Com / B.A. / BCA or relevant graduation
- Students pursuing MBA/HR can also apply

About the Role Pro Talentish India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Recruitment and Manpower Staffing operations.

The intern will get practical experience in Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, Interview Coordination, Employee Engagement and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and explain available job opportunities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Conduct initial candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain interview and candidate status records.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding selection and joining.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Assist the HR team with daily recruitment activities.




- Maintain HR records and reports using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Support employee engagement and basic HR activities.

Skills Required
- Good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates over phone and WhatsApp.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organizational skills.
