Job Overview

Elevate Global Academy is looking for an HR Intern who is interested in both Human Resource Management and Training. The role involves supporting HR activities while also conducting online and offline training sessions for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
- Maintain HR records, employee documents and recruitment data.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities.
- Conduct online and offline classes on HR Management and Business Administration.
- Prepare PPTs, notes, lesson plans, assignments and training materials.
- Conduct activities, assessments and student evaluations.
- Monitor student attendance, participation and academic progress.
- Provide academic support and clarify students’ doubts.
- Research current HR practices and develop practical learning content.
- Coordinate with trainers and management for academic and HR activities.




- Maintain confidentiality of HR and organisational information.
- Support workshops, seminars and other institutional activities.

Requirements

- MBA / Master’s in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Freshers and candidates currently pursuing relevant qualifications may apply.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Positive knowledge of HR and Business Administration concepts.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and engage students.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good organisational, interpersonal and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
