- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Manage HR operations, attendance, leave and employee records.
- Handle payroll, PF, ESIC, LOP and statutory compliance.
- Manage employee performance, KRA/KPI and appraisals.
- Conduct onboarding, training and employee engagement.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Prepare HR MIS and manage HR documentation.
- Lead and manage the HR team
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
