Location: Khushkhera / Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Manage complete HR operations for the plant/company.
- Handle recruitment, manpower planning and workforce management.
- Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leave and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Laws and other statutory requirements.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with management for manpower requirements and HR-related decisions.
- Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation and exit/F&F; processes.
- Maintain HR MIS, reports and employee documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors/vendors for manpower-related activities.
- Support performance management,



training and employee development.
- Ensure a positive and disciplined workplace environment.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
- 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/plant environment.
- Robust knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations and manpower.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.
