- Ensure all company work is carried out systematically and according to defined processes.
- Monitor and ensure that company policies, rules, SOPs, and procedures are properly followed by all departments.
- Ensure every task and customer case goes through the proper process from start to completion.
- Regularly check whether employees are following the approved workflow and report deviations to management.
