Job Title: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Head/Director
Location: Baner ,Pune

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage and support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll processing, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in the real estate or hospitality industry and will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations while contributing to maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Staffing:
- Maintain and update the organization chart, identifying various vacancies.
- Work closely with Directors and HODs to take approval for recruitment and plan accordingly.
- Prepare detailed Job Descriptions (JDs) and salary budgets with the assistance of HODs and Directors.
- Source CVs through advertisements, job portals, internal references, and other sources.
- Conduct preliminary rounds of interviews and capture candidate details (current and expected salary, notice period).
- Coordinate with HODs and Directors for scheduling interviews.
- Download and maintain records of CVs, shortlisted candidates, rejected candidates, and hold CVs.
- Prepare salary break-up sheets and obtain Director's approval.
- Send offer letters to selected candidates and confirm joining dates.
- Maintain a record of offers issued and follow up on their acceptance.
1. Onboarding and Employee Documentation:
- Inform IT department of any laptop/desktop requirements for current joiners on their joining day.
- Prepare and maintain monthly MIS on the number of candidates attending interviews, vacancy status, etc.
- Advertise vacancies on LinkedIn, Naukri.com, and other platforms to increase employer brand awareness.
- Review and capture job descriptions from other builders’ websites and job portals to update internal records.
- Greet new employees, provide a welcome message via WhatsApp group, and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Prepare and verify new joiner documents, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
- Issue appointment letters within one week of joining.
- Perform a thorough review and scanning of new joiner documents and ensure all paperwork is completed.
- Allot employee numbers in the master sheet and update biometric records on the first day.
- Prepare and distribute detailed job descriptions to new employees within one week of joining.
- Conduct HR inductions, introducing new employees to company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Introduce new employees to the office staff, HODs, and Directors.
- Coordinate with the front desk executive to manage leaves, attendance, and other HR-related tasks.
1. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Coordinate with Axis Bank for the opening of new bank accounts for employees.
- Update bank account details in the employee master sheet.
- Plan and execute payroll policies, salary structure (breakups), and payment methods.
- Gather, validate, and calculate employee inputs for payroll processing in coordination with the Accounts Department.
- Prepare the monthly payroll sheet by the 25th of each month, including updates for new employees, deletions, salary revisions, and bank details.
1. Employee Relations and Retention:
- Plan and execute employee retention programs,
exit interviews, and full & final settlements.
- Issue experience and relieving certificates to employees leaving the organization.
- Assist in staff seating arrangements and provide administrative support to the HR head.
- Coordinate with staff and new joiners to address their needs and requirements.
1. Administrative Support:
- Supervise housekeeping and maintenance of the corporate office by conducting daily rounds.
- Assist the front desk executive with inward/outward records, visitor management, stationery, petty cash, and pantry requirements.
- Coordinate with the IT Department to address technical issues faced by staff.
- Manage vendor relationships for advertisement services, PF, Naukri, etc.
- Plan and execute staff birthdays, sports events, and other employee engagement activities on a weekly basis.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, specifically within the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
