Planning Labs is an experiential and digital marketing agency working across events, brand activations, exhibitions, digital marketing and creative production.

About the Role

We are looking for an organized HR Executive to help us identify and hire the right people. Freshers are welcome. Your primary responsibility will be understanding our hiring requirements, reviewing candidate profiles and coordinating recruitment.

Experienced candidates who can independently handle HR operations for our current team of approximately 10 people and support team expansion are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements for creative, operations, sales and support roles.
- Review CVs and portfolios, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess suitability, communication, salary expectations and availability.
- Post vacancies, source candidates and schedule interviews.




- Coordinate candidate assignments and collect feedback from hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and follow up with shortlisted candidates.
- Support onboarding, employee documentation and attendance records.
- Experienced candidates will also handle day-to-day employee coordination, HR processes and recruitment planning as the team grows.

What We Are Looking For
- Clear communication and good coordination skills.
- Ability to assess profiles against specific job requirements.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Robust follow-up skills, attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
- Graduation in HR, business or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
