Role Description

This is a full time role for a Business Development Executive (B2B EdTech). The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client accounts, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education technology sector. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, engaging with prospective clients, managing client communications, and driving long-term growth opportunities with a strategic business development approach.

The role involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and delivering innovative solutions to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, and relevant platforms or apps where businesses post IT and digital service requirements.
- Prospect and engage with eLearning providers, book publishers, training academies, and related organizations to present digital learning solutions and schedule exploratory discussions.
- Share marketing collateral, pricing details,



and proposals; conduct consistent follow-ups to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements in depth and collaborate with internal teams to design and propose appropriate solutions.
- Build relationships with vendor managers, project managers, and key decision-makers to identify business needs and growth opportunities.
- Engage with aggregators and channel partners to source high-quality leads and drive business conversions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, solution alignment, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field.
- 0.5 to 3 years of experience in business development, tele-sales, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Basic understanding of digital learning solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable using social media, Google Workspace, and lead-generation platforms.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and reliable in follow-ups.
