Muthoot Finance Limited is looking for an HR Executive for its Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Ahmedabad. The role will primarily focus on talent acquisition and manpower planning, with additional responsibilities in HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (80%)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the LAP division, primarily for Sales and Business Development roles.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with business teams for timely hiring.
- Source candidates through Naukri, employee referrals, job portals, social media and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate selection rounds.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions, offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline to meet current and future hiring requirements.




- Track recruitment progress and share regular hiring reports with management.

HR Operations (20%)
- Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation and induction.
- Assist with attendance management, leave administration and HRMS activities.
- Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR activities.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR will be preferred.
- 13 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
- Experience in sales hiring, preferably in NBFC or banking, will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Naukri and HRMS.
