Position: HR Executive

Role Overview

Hospertz India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Executive with 1+ years of experience, primarily responsible for recruitment and hiring activities. The candidate will also support day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment – Primary Responsibility

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Understand job requirements and prepare candidate profiles accordingly.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain a database of candidates and recruitment status.
- Coordinate offer letters, salary discussions, and joining formalities.
- Ensure positions are closed within the required timeline.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

HR Support
- Maintain employee documentation and records.




- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Assist with employee joining and exit formalities.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day HR activities.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain HR databases.

Required Skills
- Strong recruitment and candidate sourcing skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Good knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn
- Basic knowledge of HR processes
- Good MS Excel and documentation skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach

Experience & Qualification
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment / HR.
- Prior experience in bulk hiring or multiple-position recruitment will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Sakinaka, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
