Profile – HR Executive
Location: Raipur
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: 30-40k/month
Requirements:
Good English communication and a smart, presentable personality
Experience in end-to-end recruitment
Basic knowledge of HR documentation and legal compliance
Ability to manage day-to-day HR documentation and processes
Positive knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Experience with HRMS software
Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
Good coordination and people-handling skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining
Handle HR documentation and maintain employee records
Manage day-to-day HR activities and processes
Coordinate with employees and management
Prepare and maintain HR reports
Support HR compliance and company policies
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
