: We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Any graduation ,and MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations

Job Responsibilities

Recruitment

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage salary discussions, offers, and candidate follow-ups until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring updates.

HR Operations

- Manage onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HRMS activities.
- Handle employee queries and support HR initiatives.
- Assist with exit formalities and HR reports/MIS.

Candidate Attributes

- Minimum 80% aggregate in 10th & 12th is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR Recruitment & Operations.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- Solid communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS/ATS.
