Job Summary

Codes For Tomorrow is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, onboarding, documentation, and other day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical, HR, and final interview rounds.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave records,



and employee-related queries.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Assist in performance management and employee feedback processes.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements.
- Handle exit formalities and employee separation documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in the IT/Software industry.
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of IT recruitment and HR operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
