Job Summary

DCS Technosis Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination

Manage employee onboarding and documentation

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Handle attendance and leave management

Coordinate PF, ESI and other HR-related activities

Support payroll-related coordination

Handle employee queries and HR documentation

Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administration

Requirements

6 Months – 3 Years of experience in HR

Good communication and interpersonal skills





Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations

Knowledge of MS Office/Excel

Ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently

Candidates from Jaipur are preferred
