We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations at our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and employee documentation.

- Handle attendance, leave, shifts, overtime, and payroll coordination.

- Manage PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labour compliances.

- Handle employee grievances, discipline, and shop-floor employee relations.

- Coordinate with Production and other departments for manpower requirements.

- Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and statutory registers.

- Support employee engagement and performance management activities.

Candidate Profile:

- Any Graduate.

- 13 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.

- Good knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, payroll, and factory HR operations.

- Robust communication and employee-handling skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.

- Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities.

Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
