- Research companies with active/upcoming hiring requirements
- Identify decision-makers and relevant prospects
- Reach out through calls, email, LinkedIn & other professional channels
- Understand client requirements and communicate recruitment solutions
- Follow up with prospects and maintain lead trackers
- Schedule client meetings and support business conversion

? Marketing & Outreach

- Assist with targeted B2B outreach campaigns
- Research industries, companies and hiring trends
- Draft professional emails, LinkedIn messages and follow-ups
- Experiment with outreach strategies and track responses

? HR & Recruitment Exposure

- Understand the recruitment and talent acquisition lifecycle
- Coordinate with the recruitment team
- Gain exposure to client management and recruitment processes

? AI-Powered Productivity

- Use AI tools for research, lead generation, personalization and content creation
- Build effective AI prompts and workflows
- Explore AI tools that can improve sales,



marketing and recruitment processes

? Who Can Apply?

We’re looking for students or freshers pursuing:

BBA | MBA | B.Com | BMS | BA or relevant degrees

You should have

✔ Good research & internet-searching skills

✔ Basic professional email etiquette

✔ Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
