- Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and Onboarding.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms.

- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.

- Conduct induction and onboarding for current employees.

- Maintain daily attendance records for plant employees.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in sales or related domains. Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented and organized approach to candidate management and documentation.
