Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Associate to support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and attrition management while ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and schedule interviews.
- Conduct preliminary screenings, shortlist candidates, and coordinate first-round interviews.
- Handle employee documentation, including offer letters, joining formalities, employee records,



and other HR-related documents.
- Monitor employee attrition, maintain attrition reports, conduct exit formalities, and support retention initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive approach.
