JOB VACANCY – HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Lovely Hospitality Group is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for our hotels.

Location: Rishikesh

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

(Based on experience, skills and overall capability)

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations
- Allocate rooms and duties to housekeeping staff
- Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards
- Check linen, towels, cleaning materials and housekeeping inventory
- Coordinate with Front Office for room status and guest requirements
- Report maintenance issues and follow up until resolved
- Train and guide housekeeping staff
- Maintain daily housekeeping checklists and reports
- Handle guest housekeeping requests professionally
- Ensure proper room inspection before releasing rooms
- Support hotel operations as an all-round team member when required

Candidate Requirements:

- Previous housekeeping/hotel experience preferred
- Supervisory experience will be an advantage




- Good communication and leadership skills
- Honest, disciplined and responsible
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Able to manage a housekeeping team independently
- Freshers with strong capability may also be considered
