Responsibilities

- Provide room service and assist hotel guests with their basic requests.

- Deliver food, beverages, towels, toiletries, and other items to guest rooms.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of guest rooms.

- Assist housekeeping staff with daily room-related tasks.

- Collect used dishes, trays, and other items from guest rooms.

- Respond to guest requests politely and promptly.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest areas.

- Report any guest complaints, maintenance issues, or damaged items to the supervisor.

- Perform other duties as assigned by hotel management.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of hotel room service.

- Polite behaviour and good communication skills.

- Good personal hygiene and neat appearance.

- Ability to follow instructions.

- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible.

- Previous hotel experience will be an advantage.

Job Details

- Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

- Salary: ₹16,000 per month

- Benefits: Lunch & Tea

- Salary Date: 7th of every month

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
