Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall hotel operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Increase room revenue and room occupancy through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement room sales and marketing plans to attract new and repeat guests.
- Drive food & beverage sales and improve overall outlet performance.
- Manage manpower recruitment, staff allocation, attendance and performance.
- Train and develop staff to maintain high service and hospitality standards.
- Improve guest satisfaction by ensuring quality service and resolving guest concerns promptly.




- Monitor operational performance, revenue targets and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.

Candidate Profile: Graduate preferred with 3–10 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably with experience in room sales, F&B;, team management and revenue growth.
