We are seeking a responsible, disciplined, and compassionate Hostel Warden to oversee the daily operations, student welfare, safety, and discipline of the school hostel. The ideal candidate should ensure a safe, supportive, and well-organized residential environment for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise students and maintain discipline within the hostel premises.
- Ensure student safety, security, health, and overall well-being.
- Monitor daily routines, including wake-up schedules, study hours, meals, and bedtime.
- Maintain attendance records, visitor registers, and hostel documentation.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, school management, and support staff.
- Handle student concerns, conflicts, and behavioural issues professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Supervise hostel housekeeping, dining, and security staff.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate medical assistance when required.
- Organize recreational activities and promote positive student relationships.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, child safeguarding, and residential safety procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience in hostel administration preferred.




- Previous experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Supervisor, or Student Welfare Officer is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, discipline, and student-management abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude towards children.
- Ability to handle emergencies and challenging situations.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to reside on campus and work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB, or residential schools.
- Experience managing boarding students and hostel operations.
- Knowledge of child protection, student safeguarding, and first aid.
