Key Responsibilities

- Gather Requirements: Partner with client account managers or hiring managers to understand specific job duties, technical skills, and cultural fit.

- Source Talent: Build active candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, qualified networks, and internal databases.

- Screen & Interview: Conduct initial phone or video screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and salary expectations.

- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing prompt feedback and guidance at every stage.

- Manage Pipeline: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records

- Facilitate Offers: Assist with salary negotiations, onboarding coordination,



and pre-employment checks to minimize drop-offs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in agency recruiting, staffing, or high-volume talent acquisition.

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, listening, and negotiation skills.

- Technical Acumen: Proficiency with microsoft excel, and quick at emails to clients

- Time Management: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
