Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities and discipline of hostel residents.
- Monitor attendance, cleanliness, safety and hostel rules.
- Coordinate hostel maintenance and housekeeping activities.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues.
- Maintain hostel records and prepare daily/monthly activity reports.
- Handle resident concerns and coordinate with HR/Admin.
- Ensure proper upkeep and smooth functioning of the hostel.
