Job Title: Hospital Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hospital Administrator to lead the administrative and operational setup of a new multispecialty hospital.

The ideal candidate should have 8–12 years of experience in hospital administration/healthcare operations, preferably with experience in a multispecialty hospital and exposure to hospital setup, commissioning or opening of a new hospital.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the overall administrative and operational setup of the hospital.
- Develop and implement hospital policies, SOPs, workflows and operational systems.
- Coordinate with the management, Medical Superintendent, Nursing Department and various clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Develop manpower plans and coordinate recruitment of doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative and support staff.
- Establish efficient workflows for OPD, IPD, Emergency, ICU, OT, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Radiology, Billing and other hospital services.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, equipment suppliers and other vendors during the hospital setup and commissioning phase.
- Assist in planning medical and non-medical equipment, infrastructure and support services.
- Establish systems for housekeeping, security, laundry, dietary services, biomedical waste management and other support services.
- Monitor hospital operations, patient services, staff performance and service quality.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Biomedical, IT/HIS and Quality teams.
- Ensure appropriate documentation, regulatory compliance and implementation of hospital policies.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and preparation for hospital accreditation such as NABH, where applicable.
- Develop systems for patient feedback, grievance handling and service improvement.
- Monitor operational expenses, vendor performance and resource utilization.
- Prepare regular operational reports and key performance indicators for hospital management.




- Willingness to be available beyond regular working hours when required during the hospital setup and operational phases.
