Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and capable Hospital Manager to manage the overall functioning of the hospital during the night shift. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating with different departments, handling patients and attendants, managing emergencies, and ensuring smooth hospital operations throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall hospital operations during the night shift.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, ward staff, housekeeping, security, and other hospital staff.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all hospital departments during the night.
- Handle patient and attendant concerns and resolve issues appropriately.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and shift duties.
- Coordinate with the concerned doctor/staff in case of emergency situations.
- Ensure proper patient care and smooth coordination between departments.
- Monitor hospital cleanliness, security, and general discipline.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely handover of important information to the day-shift team.
- Handle unexpected operational issues and take appropriate decisions within hospital policies.
- Ensure that hospital rules, procedures,



and safety protocols are followed.
- Report major incidents, emergencies, or operational issues to the concerned senior management.

Candidate Requirements
- Management students/graduates are preferred.
- Candidates pursuing or having completed a degree in Management, Hospital Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field will be preferred.
- Previous experience in hospital administration or management will be an advantage.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be capable of managing and coordinating staff and different hospital departments.
- Should be responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling the hospital operations independently during the night shift.
- Ability to handle emergency and challenging situations calmly.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.
