Job Responsibilities

- Set, operate and program HMC (Horizontal Machining Center) machines.

- Prepare, modify and optimize CNC programs using G-code and M-code.

- Read and understand engineering drawings, GD&T;, dimensions and tolerances.

- Perform tool setting, work offset and tool offset.

- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, speeds and feeds.

- Handle Fanuc / Mitsubishi / Siemens CNC controls.

- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure components meet quality requirements.

- Troubleshoot machine, tooling and programming issues.

- Optimize machining programs to improve cycle time, productivity and tool life.

- Carry out in-process inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge and other measuring instruments.

- Maintain production, quality and safety standards.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of HMC machining and CNC programming.

- Strong knowledge of G-code / M-code.

- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;

- Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters.

- Experience in setting, operating and programming HMC machines.

- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
