JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Looking for a Photo Curation & Grading Specialist to manage end-to-end image curation, color grading, retouching, and digital asset management for a major OTT platform's movie and web-series marketing campaigns.

- Curate film/series stills according to creative and marketing requirements.
- Perform color grading and retouching using Photoshop & Lightroom.
- Manage digital assets and ensure pixel-level quality.




- Coordinate with photographers, production houses, agencies, clients, and internal teams.
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables within deadlines.
- Handle urgent/ad-hoc creative requirements when needed.
- Create visually appealing still-based campaign creatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in photography/post-production/graphic design.
- Solid hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal English.
