Job DescriptionThe Job: To lead the team in planning and producing world class celebrations and weddings for HNI and corporate houses from across the world.

NEducational Qualification: Postgraduate. Preferably with a Hospitality Background.

NWork Experience: 8+ years of experience in the Weddings/ Live Entertainment /Hospitality Industry managing social events.

NThe Job Responsibility:

- Possess an understanding of luxury and have a robust sense of international and Indian aesthetics in the weddings and events business
N
- In depth knowledge of the weddings and social events industry and current on goings in the Indian and global wedding scenario.
N
- Have an eye for detail during planning as well as execution and ensure all clients requirements are met and exceeded
N
- Must have the ability to lead a team of 10 or more planners, designers and production crew and exhibit leadership through setting a living example
N




- Have the ability to expand and develop the client and vendors database through networks of her/his own
N
- Have exposure as well as experience in developing new business
N
- Ability to plan and execute all the stages of a wedding starting from the business development stage, to pitching, budgeting, closures, planning, designing and producing.
N
- Must be able to take onbrand custodianship. Possess the ability to build social media platforms and further PR links across media houses and online weddings & social event platforms.
N
- Must be able to build, manage and retain high performing teams.
