Real Estate TelecallerAbout Classified Property Classified Property helps clients buy, sell and rent properties in Kolkata and nearby areas. We aim to make the property search and transaction process smooth and customer-friendly.

Role Overview We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Telecaller to speak with prospective clients, understand their property requirements and connect them with suitable options.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update data.
- Build positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly and support the sales team in converting leads.
- Work toward daily and monthly targets.

Requirements
- Good spoken communication in Bengali, Hindi and English.
- Experience in telecalling or sales; real estate experience preferred.
- Target-oriented approach and good follow-up skills.




- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Good organizational skills.
- Candidates with their own motorcycle will be preferred.

Qualification
- Higher Secondary (Class 12) pass or above.
- Graduation preferred, but not mandatory.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month.
- Travel allowance (TA).
- Performance-based incentives.
- Annual performance bonus.
- Yearly increment.

Locations Thakurpukur, Howrah and Hooghly.

Working Hours 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, six days a week. Weekly off will be on a rotational basis.
